Gameplay Adjustments & Combat Balancing

Class Perks

Vanguard

  • Moving Target: Enhanced the ability restoration rate, doubling it from 5% to 10%.
  • Retribution: Boosted melee damage output from 25% to 30% for improved close-quarters efficiency.

Sniper

  • Substantially reduced the base ability cooldown, dropping it from 125 seconds to 90 seconds to allow for more frequent use.

Bolt Pistol (Heroic Variant)

  • Increased the lethality of Gun Strikes by 13%.

General Bug Fixes & Technical Improvements

  • Resolved a synergy issue where the Techmarine’s “Counteroffensive Protocols” failed to trigger correctly alongside the “Lethal Perimeter” perk.
  • Addressed a bug preventing the Heavy Bolt Rifle’s “Able Reload” perk from activating when used in conjunction with Techmarine abilities.
  • Fixed a mechanical error with the Omnissian Axe’s “Static Charge” perk, which was inadvertently penalizing damage instead of boosting it.
  • Eliminated a visual glitch that caused a persistent blur effect to remain on the HUD after utilizing a healing injector.
  • Corrected a functional error regarding the cooldown timer for the Techmarine’s “Decapitating Stratagem” perk.
  • Fixed a customization restriction that made it impossible to apply Ultramarines DLC skins to the Heroic Heavy Bolter.
  • Cleaned up the VO Selector by removing the Vox filter from the audio preview.
  • Implemented critical performance optimizations for Steam Deck users, addressing 100% CPU utilization and low frame rate issues.
  • Refined various Battlefield Conditions for better consistency.
  • Polished several localization strings and minor UI elements for better clarity.
