Nova Entertainment is shaking up its iconic “Red Room” series with an elevated, exclusive experience to celebrate Niall Horan’s fourth studio album, Dinner Party. In a first-of-its-kind move, the broadcaster is inviting 50 of the singer’s most devoted Australian fans to a bespoke, intimate listening session in Sydney.
Scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, this invitation-only affair marks a creative departure from the traditional high-octane live gigs that have previously spotlighted stars like Ed Sheeran, Billie Eilish, and Sam Smith. Instead, this immersive evening focuses on the artistry of the new record, blending a curated listening environment with premium hospitality and unique fan-focused keepsakes.
“The Nova’s Red Room brand has always thrived on fostering deep connections between artists and their followers,” explains Brendan Taylor, Nova Entertainment’s Group Programming Director. “By collaborating with Universal Music Australia and TEG, we are evolving the format to provide a highly curated, atmospheric celebration of Niall’s latest musical evolution.”
The news follows Horan’s recent appearance on Rolling Stone Uncut, where he strongly hinted at an Australian tour on the horizon. “I’ll be down early next year for sure,” Horan teased. While official dates and venues remain under wraps, the industry is buzzing that a full-scale tour announcement is imminent, building on the momentum of his successful 2024 global run, The Show Live on Tour.
Released globally via Capitol Records on June 9, Dinner Party features 12 tracks executive-produced by frequent collaborators Julian Bunetta and John Ryan. The project highlights Horan’s growth as a songwriter, with contributions from a stellar roster of collaborators including Amy Allen and Joel Little. The collection spans from the upbeat opening of “Tastes So Good” to the definitive closing statement, “End of an Era.”
Since his departure from One Direction, Horan has solidified his standing as a global powerhouse, shifting over 90 million records. With his previous albums—Flicker, Heartbreak Weather, and The Show—consistently topping charts worldwide, anticipation for his latest chapter remains at an all-time high.
Fans eager to secure a spot at the Sydney event can register for a chance to win an invite via the Nova Player.
