Metro Exodus: the PS5 and Xbox Series X version has a date, it's coming soon

The Metro are known to be, each time, small graphic nuggets, especially on PC where the titles exploit particularly well the last technologies to date. Metro Exodus was no exception to the rule when it was first released in February 2019: the cool thing is that 4A Games has also planned a next-gen version subtitled “Enhanced Edition” which will be released very soon. In fact, we even have a specific date: the game will therefore be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S on June 18.

So what’s new on the program? First of all, 4K resolution and 60FPS, ray tracing, FOV setting options as well as 3D audio compatibility. On PS5, the DualSense will also be in the spotlight with the use of haptic vibrations and adaptive triggers for a more robust, more realistic feeling. Cherry on the cake : Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition will also integrate the two expansions already released and may even be offered in a boxed version. As for owners of the PS4 and Xbox One editions, they will be able to update their software to the next-gen version (but without the DLC). The program is there and it is enticing.

By the way, we specify that Metro Exodus is a hell of a good game: our test is precisely available at this address, right there.
