The PS5 version’s trophy list is nearly identical to the PS3 release. The requirements include earning the extremely difficult Big Boss rank by completing the game on the maximum Boss Extreme difficulty without deaths, alerts, or kills, while avoiding health recovery items, the Stealth Camouflage, and the Bandana. The campaign must also be finished in under five hours.
