Katy Perry Responds to Criticism of Her ‘Woman’s World’ Video

Katy Perry seems reacting to objection over her brand-new “Woman’s World” video.

On Saturday (July 13), the 39-year-old pop super star shared a behind the curtain clip from the video clip shoot, describing her purposes for the apparently female-empowering aesthetic.

“YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! EVEN SATIRE!” Perry captioned the Instagram article.

Following its launch on Thursday, some reviews recommended the “Woman’s World” video clip was an outdated effort at composing a feminist anthem. The aesthetic finds Perry impersonated a cover girl and dealing with a building website prior to being struck by an anvil. She after that shows up in a female-led apocalyptic globe and triggers enjoyable trouble with her fellow ladies.
