Record Store Day announced its 2026 Black Friday lineup on Nov. 27, bringing a slate of limited-edition releases to independent record stores.
KATSEYE will release The Dance Breaks on 12-inch yellow vinyl. The special edition brings live dance-break arrangements of “Debut,” “Gnarly” and “Gabriela” from the group’s Beautiful Chaos Tour to vinyl for the first time, pressed with a KATSEYE logo etching. Both members of KATSEYE who are currently on hiatus from the group, Manon and Sophia, were on the Beautiful Chaos Tour and should be included in the recording.
Other newer-generation artists on the lineup include keshi, CORTIS, sombr and Holly Humberstone. Humberstone is releasing a 7-inch featuring performances from her BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge session, pairing her rendition of “Cruel World” with a cover of Harry Styles’ “Coming Up Roses.”
Joji is releasing a deluxe edition of Piss In The Wind featuring new tracks and instrumentals. Noah Kahan has two releases on the list: a 7-inch featuring “Draw You Out” from The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping soundtrack, and The Last of the Bugs, a 12-inch EP pressed on 180-gram Alpenglow vinyl.
The Rolling Stones’ Aftermath gets a clear-vinyl edition with package extras, while George Harrison’s 33 1/3 and self-titled album arrive as new zoetrope editions. Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band’s Night Moves receives a 50th-anniversary pressing through Third Man Records, and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts’ I Love Rock ‘N Roll receives a special “Shadow Album” edition.
The list marks vinyl debuts for Barenaked Ladies’ Born on a Pirate Ship and Rock Spectacle, while Stevie Nicks’ Bella Donna, 2Pac’s Pac’s Life and New Edition’s Candy Girl are catalog titles getting special pressings.
Live music releases include recordings from Prince, Joni Mitchell, Bruce Springsteen, Marianne Faithfull, Funkadelic, Billy Joel, Brigitte Calls Me Baby, the Old ’97s and Jeff Tweedy. Billy Idol and The B-52s feature archival performances from 1982, and jazz releases feature recordings from Stan Getz, Charlie Parker and Bill Evans.
Soundtrack releases feature a special Wicked package combining music from both chapters of the film musical, alongside KPop Demon Hunters with a holographic-art variant and additional inclusions.
More than 150 limited releases make up the 2026 RSD Black Friday lineup.
Record Store Day Black Friday takes place Nov. 27. The full list of releases, participating stores and additional details are available through Record Store Day.
