Jelly Roll is radiating fatherly pride. The country music sensation couldn’t help but get emotional after accompanying his daughter, Bailee Ann, to her final high-school prom, where she was celebrated by her peers and officially crowned prom queen.
On Saturday, May 2, the singer took to his Instagram Stories to share a glowing snapshot of Bailee looking radiant in her formal attire, complete with a tiara and sash. Overcome with emotion, he captioned the image, “My little angel is the Prom Queen,” accompanied by a series of tearful emojis.
The momentous occasion was truly a family celebration, with Bunnie Xo—who has been married to the Grammy winner since 2016—also in attendance. The Dumb Blonde host treated followers to an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the evening, capturing the sweet moment 17-year-old Bailee descended the staircase to reveal her stunning gown.
In the footage, Jelly Roll can be heard excitedly cheering, “Beautiful dress, baby!” The heartwarming video culminates in the announcement of Bailee’s name as the victor of the prom queen vote.
The couple also shared a playful “before-and-after” transformation video showcasing the family’s formal look for the big night, with Jelly Roll affectionately commenting, “Let’s goooooo biscuit.”
Interestingly, Bailee isn’t the only one in the household to experience the magic of prom. Last December, in a touching reversal of roles, she surprised her parents with a mock prom at home, as neither Jelly nor Bunnie had the opportunity to attend their own high-school dances. “She crowned us King and Queen, and we danced and sang like teenagers who finally got their moment,” Bunnie reflected at the time.
Beyond his pride as a father to Bailee and his son, Noah, Jelly Roll and Bunnie are currently navigating their journey to expand their family through IVF. In her 2026 memoir, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, Bunnie shared their hopeful outlook on the future, noting that they have already secured a surrogate, stating, “With the help of the most unselfish woman willing to carry twins for us, we’ll be able to make our baby dreams come true.”
