Janelle Monáe Looks Unrecognizable in Extravagant ‘E.T.’ Halloween Costume

When Janelle Mon áe sang that she was “an alien from outer space” on 2008’s “Violet Stars Happy Hunting,” she suggested it– she so dedicated to the little bit, actually, that her verse is settling 16 years later on.

On Wednesday (Oct 30), Mon áe displayed her photo-realistic outfit for Halloween 2024, where she spruced up as the charming unusual E.T. from the 1982 movie of the very same name. Dressed in her complete E.T. getup with a covering twisted around her, Mon áe provided a place on acting of the alien’s voice as she stated Hudson’s name over and over once again. “I never would have guessed I got to meet E.T.,” a surprised Hudson proclaims in the clip.

Mon áe lately sealed her title as the Queen of Halloween when she showed up on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter completely beast drag. “What I want people to see and to remember about me is that I wasn’t afraid to look silly,” she stated in her meeting. “I wasn’t afraid to investigate my fears and turn it into a costume.
