If you have been actively participating in the Horizon Festival, you have likely passed this area before, meaning you can fast travel to a road nearby. If you haven’t unlocked that shortcut yet, head south of Shirakawa-go, the prominent town situated in the northern reaches of Minamino.

As you cruise southward, watch for a 365 convenience store on your right. Maneuver around the right side of the building to reveal the golf course entrance.
