Paradox extended a Hearts of Iron IV Steam promotion on May 7, 2026 after the release of the Peace for Our Time country pack. Base game and bundles

Hearts of Iron IV and the General Edition were 70% off. Paradox advertised the Ultimate Bundle at up to 45% off and the Big Nations Bundle at up to 43% off. Both were dynamic Steam bundles: their exact contents and checkout price depended on products already owned by the account.

Major expansion discounts

Götterdämmerung was reduced by 20%. Arms Against Tyranny, By Blood Alone and No Step Back were each 40% off, while La Résistance was 50% off. These packs focus on different countries and systems, so the largest percentage did not automatically make an expansion the best match for every campaign.

Country, music and unit packs

Battle for the Bosporus was half price, Trial of Allegiance was 30% off, and Graveyard of Empires was 20% off. Several radio, music and unit packs were reduced by 50%, while Prototype Vehicles was 20% off.
