Gran Turismo 7: Update 1.11 puts things back in order, all forgiven?

After infuriating gamers with Gran Turismo 7 update 1.08, Polyphony Digital continues to readjust and go the way of gamers. Today, the Japanese studio let us know that a new update has been deployed for the game. This is update 1.11 and it includes the biggest changes requested by users so as not to turn away from the game. First of all, we observe that the credit rewards for the world circuits have been revised upwards, as have the credit bonuses in the lobby and daily races. Kazunori Yamauchi’s studio is in full reconquest of players and it is no coincidence that the storage of credits has increased from 20 million to 100 million. We also see that the game is more generous in content, with additional circuits, new missions and more cars to drive. In short, you have understood it, the objective is to be forgiven and for the moment, it is on the right track. Place in the listing of all the patches:

1. World Circuits
– In-game credit rewards for the second half of World Circuit events have been increased;
– The following new events have been added to “World Circuits”:
・World Touring Car 600 Tokyo Expressway – East clockwise
・World Touring Car 700 Le Mans 24 Hours Circuit
・World Touring Car 800 Sardegna – Road course – A
– Adjusted rewards for Arcade Races and Custom Races.

2. Circuit experience
– In-game credits are now rewarded when you complete all tracks in the circuit with gold or bronze. If an event has already been cleared prior to this update, accessing the Sector Selection screen and exiting with the Exit button will award the credits.

– In-game credit rewards in the lobby and daily races have been increased;

4. Tasks
– Added “The Human Comedy” to missions, containing one-hour endurance races. “The Human Comedy” will be available at Collector Level 23. Each endurance race will award up to 1,200,000 Cr. per event;
– Information such as starting grid, number of laps or time limit, start type and others for “Race” challenges are now displayed in the pre-race screen;
– Changed the format of the best records for the “Time Limit” challenges and the ranking of friends so that they are recorded and displayed as “Ranking/Number of laps”;
– Reset leaderboards for the following “Time Limit” challenges:
・ Gone with the Wind: High Speed Ring – 30 minutes
・The Sun Also Rises: Le Mans – 24 Minutes
・The Sun Also Rises: Battle of Bathurst Gr.3

The already existing best records will only display the “ranking”. Once the same or better record has been set, it will be recorded in the “Ranking/Number of laps” format. For the Friends Ranking, if a Bronze or higher record is set, it will be recorded even if it is worse than the best record.
