The Gothic II community continues to breathe new life into the classic title through dedicated modding efforts.
The developers behind the “Gothic 2: Another Story” modification have recently resurfaced with a progress report. Following the conclusion of the winter holiday season, the team is steadily returning to their active development schedule.
In a recent community update, the creators shared their latest milestones and unveiled a brand-new cutscene:
“As a brief diversion from the main narrative scripting, I’ve been chipping away at Master Harad’s questline. It’s currently about 65% finished. For those interested, here is a short demonstration featuring a cutscene from this particular story arc.”
Additionally, the team released a set of “atmospheric stills from Khorinis,” showcasing the mod’s visual direction.
