Games Workshop Unveils New Forge Tyrant and Mutated Reptiles Set for Warhammer Necromunda

Fans of House Goliath in the tabletop game Warhammer: Necromunda will soon be able to pre-order a new miniature set featuring Forge Bosses, Sumpkrocs, gangers, and Stimmers.

House Goliath in Warhammer: Necromunda is receiving a new set, much like House Escher. Titled Goliath Forge Bosses & Sumpkrocs, the box includes a selection of brutal leaders and champions armed with destructive industrial-style weapons alongside a pair of tamed Sumpkrocs, which are mutated reptiles from toxic sumps.

At the center of attention is the Forge Boss, who is massive even without armor and wields a huge double-headed chainaxe known as a “cleaver.” The six miniatures in the box can also be used to assemble a variety of other Goliath leaders and champions, including Forge Tyrants, Unborn Stimmers, Forge Masters, and Goliath gangers, with rules for them found in the new Underhive Journal: Goliath – The House of Chains.

The journal is packed with Goliath rules, faction lore, and painted miniature galleries. It is intended for use alongside the book Gangs of the Underhive and introduces two additional gang archetypes: Furnace Gangers, who are often sent to forcefully reclaim territory from other houses, and the Unborn, consisting of those who chose to become Goliaths artificially with the help of a Stimmer.

This Underhive journal also adds new gang-specific campaign content, allowing gamers to fight for House Goliath territories like the Fight Pit, take on odd jobs suited to their skills, and use an entirely new list of gang tactics.
