Critical Fixes
- Operations Checkpoint Crash: Resolved a crash occurring when loading the “Operations” checkpoint in Chapter 02: “A Night Out.”
- GPU Rendering Stability: Addressed a frequent GPU crash related to rendering and pipeline processing.
- Texture Streaming: Fixed a crash triggered by texture loading errors on PC platforms.
- Crowd Animation Logic: Fixed an issue where crowd animations failed to reset correctly when restarting checkpoints in high-density areas, such as the nightclub in Chapter 02.
Gameplay Enhancements
- Emperor Suite Soft-Lock: Prevented players from falling off the roof in Chapter 08: “Time to Die,” which previously blocked mission progression.
- Airfield Cinematic: Resolved a progression-blocking issue where skipping the cutscene in Chapter 03: “All the Time in the World” at the final second caused Bond to spawn outside the playable map.
- Airplane Chase Collision: Fixed a bug in Chapter 03 where the player’s vehicle could become wedged in helicopter rotors, triggering a mission failure.
- Post-Auction Navigation: Corrected an issue where Bond could become immobilized after completing the Auction in Chapter 03.
- Robotics Lab Blocker: Fixed a logic error in Chapter 09: “Wave of the Future” where destroying a spare Android prematurely would break the shooting range opportunity.
- Security Office Progression: Addressed a bug in Chapter 09 where reloading the save after the escort sequence caused the guard to stall, preventing the mission from continuing.
- Environmental Clipping & Physics: Fixed various collision issues, including floating or sliding actors during combat counters in Chapter 08, and item-throwing mechanics that caused enemies to clip through walls.
- Missile Pen Functionality: Ensured red explosive pipes in Chapter 10: “For England” correctly react to impacts from the Missile Pen.
- Combat Camera: Fixed an issue in Chapter 01: “The Needle’s Eye” where the close-combat camera would remain stuck at an improper zoom level.
- NPC Behavior: Corrected various animation bugs, including NPCs walking in place, floating in the Aleph Market Hub, and blocking vital doorways.
- UI Audio: Fixed a bug where the “distracted” UI sound effect would spam repeatedly when NPCs were bluffed.
Tactical Simulation (TacSim)
- Loading Loop: Fixed an infinite loading icon issue when pausing the game within the TacSim environment.
- Flash Mine Upgrades: Corrected an issue where upgrading Flash Mine size caused the devices to malfunction after a mission restart.
