First gameplay footage of the Man of Honor DLC for Mafia: The Old Country has emerged

The expansion releases on August 14.

2K and Hangar 13 released a three-minute gameplay trailer for the Man of Honor story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country.

The expansion takes place in Sicily during the winter of 1905. Enzo Favara has already established himself as a reliable soldier for the Torrisi crime family. The Don assigns Enzo and Cesare a critical mission to help Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison who wants to rebuild his lost influence.

Working alongside Salieri pulls Enzo deeper into the dangerous criminal underworld of Valle Dorata, where loyalty, honor, and old debts face constant tests.

Along with the story content, the developers prepared an update for the Free Ride mode. Players can team up with Ennio Salieri to complete difficult challenges, earn major rewards, find new collectibles, and explore previously locked areas. Salieri serves as the central contact for these tasks, designed to challenge even veteran players.
