Forza Horizon 6 has officially kicked off, bringing the excitement of Premium Edition Early Access to players on Xbox Series X|S and PC. If you’re a Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscriber, you can also jump into the action immediately with the Premium Upgrade. To celebrate our grand opening in Japan, the Festival Playlist is launching with an incredible lineup of 10 must-have cars for your garage.

We are also debuting the Time Attack Car Pack, featuring eight precision-tuned machines optimized for Japanese circuits. Additionally, we’re highlighting the new vehicles joining the Car Pass during Series 1 and 2. (The Car Pass is available as a standalone purchase or included with the Forza Horizon 6 Deluxe and Premium Editions.)

Mastering the Festival Playlist

The Festival Playlist is your hub for fresh weekly content. By tackling a variety of challenges—including races, stunts, and photo missions—you can expand your collection of cars, apparel, and rare items. You’ll gain access to the Playlist shortly after securing your first Wristband at the Horizon Festival during your initial playtime.

Forza Horizon 6 raises the bar with brand-new challenge types, offering more ways than ever to earn rewards.

Each week, two Seasonal reward cars are up for grabs. In our debut series, players can unlock the legendary 2008 Mazda Furai by accumulating 80 PTS. Boasting a unique 450-horsepower, 3-rotor Wankel engine, the Furai—whose name translates to “sound of the wind”—is the ultimate companion for carving through Japan’s scenic routes.

We’ve also introduced “Series History Rewards,” which grant exclusive vehicles based on your lifetime progression points. With constant updates and fresh challenges, there is always a reason to return to the festival. Notably, we’ve excluded The Trial from Series 1 to ensure a stress-free experience for new arrivals, though it will return for veterans in Series 2. Furthermore, completing all activities in Series 1 will earn you a commemorative Cherry Blossom Badge.
