On April 19, 2025, SCS Software collected examples of Easter eggs hidden across Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. The map designers place references to films, television, sports, art, literature, other games, and the studio’s research trips in the roadside scenery.

Film and television references

The official selection includes a scene connected to filmmaker David Lynch and a composition based on The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. SCS Software does not give exact coordinates for these objects, so the screenshots provide visual clues rather than complete location instructions.

Details to spot in American Truck Simulator

Some ATS Easter eggs are placed on clotheslines. One image refers to Superman and another to basketball player Scottie Pippen. The official screenshots show the objects themselves but do not identify the nearest city or road.

History, cars, and studio research

Other examples point to an old stretch of Route 66, a recognizable supercar, and a group photo from an SCS Software research trip. The post shows eight objects, while the studio notes that more hidden details remain across both games.
