Epic Games has confirmed that the Stranger Things partnership will appear in Blitz Royale, the mode introduced in June that later became a permanent fixture of the game. According to insider ShiinaBR, the event is scheduled to begin on November 24 — just ahead of the launch of Fortnite Chapter 7. The timing is deliberate: buzz around the Netflix series’ final season has resurfaced. References to Dustin have already been discovered in the game files, suggesting his arrival.
This isn’t the first crossover between Fortnite and the world of Hawkins. The new collaboration will join a series of activations that keep Blitz Royale lively. The Stranger Things tie-in reinforces Fortnite’s ability to surprise and sustain player interest — and it wouldn’t be surprising if the game set a new concurrent-player record on launch day.
