Fans of Justin Bieber and ENHYPEN have something festive to stream: the South Korean septet released a holiday reinterpretation of Bieber’s seasonal single “Mistletoe” exclusively on Apple Music on November 11, 2025.
Originally issued by Bieber in 2011 and peaking at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100, the song receives a faithful yet polished treatment from ENHYPEN. The arrangement preserves the original’s warm, acoustic core while allowing each member—Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-ki—to showcase their individual tones, trading leads and folding into smooth, layered harmonies over subtle jingle-bell motifs.
Rather than reinventing the melody, the group leans into intimate phrasing and close-knit vocal blends, emphasizing the song’s romantic, wintry atmosphere.
“Mistletoe” was the lead single from Bieber’s 2011 holiday LP Under the Mistletoe, which topped the Billboard 200 and featured collaborations with artists such as Usher, Boyz II Men and Mariah Carey.
ENHYPEN’s cover continues a thread of the band and its members paying tribute to Bieber: Heeseung previously uploaded a rendition of Bieber’s “Off My Face” on YouTube, and Jungwon offered his own take on Bieber’s “Monster” duet with Shawn Mendes earlier this year. Heeseung’s cover and Jungwon’s version are both available online.
The holiday release caps another breakthrough year for ENHYPEN: their album DESIRE: UNLEASH debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 in June, the group made its Coachella debut, and they launched a U.S. tour that kicked off with two electric performances at UBS Arena in New York.
Justin Bieber, meanwhile, returned to the spotlight in 2025 with two new albums, Swag and Swag II, following a four-year hiatus.
