EA Confident: AI Has Eliminated Routine Tasks and Accelerated Development
EA president of business development Laura Miele stated that artificial intelligence has increased creativity across the company’s studios.
Speaking at the Game Business Live event during Summer Game Fest, Miele discussed how artificial intelligence impacts game development and potentially shortens production cycles.
She described the technology as a way to remove obstacles in the development process.
EA integrates these tools for its 15,000 employees. Staff use them for tasks ranging from writing code and creating art to managing administrative work.
EA CEO Andrew Wilson previously labeled artificial intelligence as a foundation for the company’s business in 2023.
