Dearbnb Brings Cozy Property Management to Steam Next Fest

Dearbnb is preparing its public demo for Steam Next Fest. The cozy management game from Gameshaft Studio lets players build a property business one room at a time: decorate interiors, manage rentals, set prices and expand into new parts of the city.

The game starts with a small apartment in a modest neighborhood. From there, players buy and improve apartments, houses, residences and commercial spaces. Each room opens as a separate decorating scene where furniture, colors, floors and small details affect comfort, property value and customer satisfaction.

Progression is built around reputation, zones, skills and badges. A better reputation unlocks new districts and property types, while the skill tree opens more business options. Dearbnb is not focused on construction pressure or combat. The loop is calmer: choose a property, shape the room, prepare it for tenants or customers, then use the income to grow further.

Dearbnb also moves beyond apartments. The Steam page lists cafes, shops, a theme park, supermarket, cinema and aquapark among the businesses players can run. Tenants and visitors interact with the spaces, so the rooms are not just static interiors after the player finishes decorating them.

Dearbnb is planned for release in Q3 2026. The Steam page lists Gameshaft Studio as developer, with Gameshaft Studio and GrabTheGames as publishers. The game supports single-player mode, Family Sharing and interface localization in 15 languages, including English, Russian and Ukrainian.
