CS:GO 1.35.2.8: MLG Columbus stickers and Nuke fixes

The March 17, 2016 update introduced MLG Columbus stickers and changes to Nuke, bots, and rendering.

Team and player autograph stickers became available for purchase, with 50% of sales proceeds going to players and organizations. The stickers could also be used in the Columbus 2016 Fantasy Team Game and Pick’Em Challenge.

• Added festive chickens.
• Updated the Phong shader to apply envmap albedo tint matching the Phong albedo tint and intensity.
• r_drawclipbrushes 3 now displays grenadeclip brushes.
• The ignoremsg command now behaves consistently with its UI feedback.
• Bots can fire the revolver. Fixed a rare skeleton alignment bug when bots spawned with AI disabled.
• Improved grenade clipping around Nuke’s door frames and bot navigation on the map.
