Crimson Desert PC system requirements revealed: Can your computer handle it?

Pearl Abyss has officially slated its ambitious open-world epic, Crimson Desert, for a March 19, 2026, launch across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Alongside the announcement, the studio has disclosed the initial hardware specifications required to run the title.

At a minimum, players will need a 64-bit Windows 10 operating system, an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel Core i5-8500 processor, and 16 GB of RAM. The graphical threshold is set at an AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, supported by DirectX 12, a compatible sound card, and a substantial 135 GB of available SSD storage.

For a more optimized experience, the recommended specifications include an AMD Ryzen 5 5600 or Intel Core i5-11600K CPU, paired with 16 GB of RAM. The suggested GPUs are the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or NVIDIA RTX 2080, while the DirectX 12 requirement and 135 GB SSD footprint remain consistent.

The developers emphasized that despite the game’s sprawling, multi-layered open world, the entry-level requirements remain relatively accessible for the majority of modern PC users.
