Co-op Dream Exploration Game Mama’s Sleeping Angels Out Now on Steam
Solo developer Itamu and publisher Oro Interactive have released Mama’s Sleeping Angels on Steam, priced at $9.99. This 1-4 player co-op game drops you into a surreal Y2K-inspired nightmare where a casual sleepover spirals into the dreamworld of an eternally hungry goddess.
Players explore procedurally generated dream worlds, battle twisted creatures with weapons and magical masks, and collect cursed items to keep Mama fed. The game features six different dreamworld types, 12 NPCs to find and wake up, and an arsenal ranging from sniper rifles to chainsaws.
Co-op interactions get wonderfully weird: you can kiss teammates to heal them or decapitate them for a quick respawn. A built-in computer room lets players document their travels and guide friends through hazardous locations via flip phone communication.
Mama’s Sleeping Angels is available now on Steam.
