Christina Applegate is sharing her container checklist.
The starlet, that disclosed her numerous sclerosis medical diagnosis in 2021, required to X (previously referred to as Twitter) to share a few of her present life objectives. “There are things I want to do with the days I have left in life,” she created. “I want to work with Shirley MacLaine. And do shots with Cher!”
However, Applegate ensured she has a lot of life entrusted to live. “And yes, my days are so big,” she included. “Just saying.”

Applegate has actually been open with her MS battles throughout the years, especially with exactly how it’s been impacting her emotionally. In the June 4 episode of her podcast, “MeSsy,” which she co-hosts with fellow MS survivor Jamie-Lynn Sigler, that she is “in a depression right now, which I don’t think I’ve felt for years.”
She included, “Like a breal, f–k it all, like real depression, where it’s kind of scaring me too a little bit because it feels really fatalistic. I’m trapped in this darkness right now that I haven’t felt like — I don’t even know how long, probably 20 something years. … I don’t enjoy living. I don’t enjoy things anymore.”

According to the World Health Organization, numerous sclerosis is a problem in which the body immune system strikes the mind and spine. Symptoms consist of “vision problems, tiredness, trouble walking and keeping balance, and numbness or weakness in the arms and legs.” While there is no treatment for the problem, therapy can lower signs and symptoms and protect against future regressions.
