CD Projekt RED Adds New Music to The Witcher 3 After 11 Years
CD Projekt RED has released a 5-track mini-album featuring music from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past to help fans pass the time while they wait for the new expansion.
During gamescom 2026, the Polish studio hosted the fourth day of REDStream, which focused on its games. This also marks the gradual conclusion of the period during which the developers have been sharing new details about The Witcher 3 and its third expansion. At the same time, CD Projekt RED does not plan to leave fans without fresh material surrounding Geralt’s adventures.
The studio confirmed that new music was written for Songs of the Past. The official YouTube channel for the series now features a 5-track mini-album containing the music previously heard in presentations of new content for the 11-year-old game.
The entire EP is available to listen to right now.
