Billy Ray Cyrus Allegedly Labels Estranged Wife Firerose a ‘Fraud’

Billy Ray Cyrus‘ separation from Firerose remains to obtain uglier.

The “Achy Breaky Heart” vocalist required to his Instagram Stories on Sunday (June 30) to share a clip of words “Fraud” over a fire with climbed flowers dropping the display– apparently an indirect referral to Firerose (actual name Johanna Rose Hodges), though Cyrus has actually not verified whom he’s describing. See his Story here prior to it vanishes.

Cyrus initially applied for separation on May 22, pointing out “irreconcilable differences” and “inappropriate marital conduct.” The set, that initially began dating in 2022, were wed for just 7 months.

However, the separation has actually given that come to be progressively rough. Cyrus submitted an emergency situation activity on June 13 implicating Firerose of making almost $100,000 in unapproved “fraudulent” bank card fees and looking for a short-lived limiting order to quit her.

Her lawyers stated the allegations were “untrue,” and in an action submitted on June 14, Firerose asserted that she had actually been the “victim of extreme verbal, emotional and psychological” misuse. She asserted that Cyrus had actually been “unpredictable and volatile” as a result of drug abuse.

A week later on, Cyrus discharged back with yet one more declaring on June 24 refuting the allegations and rather implicating Firerose of misuse. “Defendant’s allegations of abuse were only made to sensationalize her false complaints by using the word abuse,” Cyrus’ attorneys create.“While the plaintiff would acknowledge that he was certainly vocal, frustrated and angry with the defendant in May 2024, it is the plaintiff who, in fact, has been abused. Not only verbally and emotionally by the defendant, but PHYSICALLY.”
