The global conflict intensifies as Battlefield 6 and REDSEC Season 3 launch on May 12. Tensions reach a breaking point as Pax Warlords challenge NATO forces, sparking a worldwide offensive that will test the mettle of every elite squad.
Season 3 will unfold across three distinct phases. Following the initial “Warlords: Supremacy” update on May 12, prepare for the “Blastpoint” update arriving on June 9, followed by the “High-Value Target” update on June 30. This narrative trajectory deepens the War of 2027, paving the way for the resurgence of Naval Warfare in Season 4.

New Battlefield 6 Map: Railway to Golmud
We have revitalized and expanded an iconic Battlefield classic, transforming it into our most ambitious map to date.
From desolate villages and sprawling, hilly terrain primed for armored warfare to industrial zones built for intense, close-quarters skirmishes, Railway to Golmud offers unparalleled scale. Players must vie for dominance over the moving railway line as infantry, ground armor, and aerial assets engage in all-out warfare.

Battlefield REDSEC Ranked Battle Royale
Form your squad and drop into the action. Launching May 12 as a Battlefield Labs in Live experience, this mode invites you to climb the new leaderboard, secure permanent rewards, and influence the future of competitive play. Demonstrate your squad’s dominance in REDSEC to claim the spoils of victory.

Season 3 Arsenal
The Season 3 armory pays homage to Battlefield’s heritage. The Battle Pass features a trio of legendary weapons returning from Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, available to unlock for free.

Blastpoint Update: Arriving June 9
The conflict between NATO and Pax Armata takes a new turn. Despite suffering initial setbacks and appearing to retreat, the Tier 1 unit Steel Talon has fortified a stronghold within the Cairo Bazaar.

New Battlefield 6 Map: Cairo Bazaar
A modern reimagining of the classic Grand Bazaar from Battlefield 3. Located in the heart of Cairo, this vibrant marketplace offers intricate alleyways and strategic chokepoints designed for high-octane close-quarters engagements. The combat focuses on a single city block, complemented by an outer perimeter road that facilitates flanking maneuvers and light vehicle mobility.

New Battlefield 6 Mode: Obliteration
The fan-favorite multiplayer mode returns with a modern twist. In Obliteration, teams compete to secure a neutrally located bomb and deliver it to one of the enemy’s M-COM stations. Success requires coordinated team effort to escort the carrier, breach defenses, and neutralize the opposition.

Blastpoint Content Expansion
Dominate the competition during the “Explosive Charge” limited-time event to earn unique rewards, including the new PP-19 SMG. Additionally, the Recon class receives a fresh piece of equipment specifically designed to aid in covert special operations.

High-Value Target: Arriving June 30
The final phase of Season 3 introduces “Tactical Obliteration” to Battlefield 6, the arrival of “Casual Battle Royale” in REDSEC, and the “Wet Work” event, where you can prove your prowess as a top-tier mercenary.
