Battlefield 6 developers to significantly simplify some missions fans call “idiotic”
Certain changes will be rolled out in two stages.
Battlefield Studios will significantly simplify several Battlefield 6 challenges that players must complete to unlock cosmetic items and weapons in the shooter.
- Assault 1: reduced from 30 kills while under the effect of an adrenaline injector to just 3.
- Engineer Expert 3: now requires repairing vehicle health for 1,000 points in a single match, down from 6,000.
- Deadeye 2 (to unlock a sniper rifle): now requires five headshots at 200 meters instead of 150. Developers say they will lower the distance at a later time.
Players had previously repeatedly labeled some in-game tasks “idiotic” because of their excessive difficulty.
