Ayaneo Announces AYASpace 2 Pocket Museum for Handheld Consoles
Owners of the KONKR Pocket Advance, KONKR Pocket Block, and Ayaneo Pocket Micro 2 handheld consoles can now download the AYASpace 2 Pocket Museum launcher, which allows users to organize game collections on virtual shelves, rewind gameplay, synchronize saves across devices, and more.
Ayaneo found some time between shipments of the KONKR Pocket Advance and Pocket Block handheld consoles to develop a new Android application for its devices. During a livestream, company CEO Arthur Zhang introduced AYASpace 2.

The new software version, called Pocket Museum, emphasizes cartridge art, discs, and box covers to deliver a museum-like atmosphere that has clearly become a trend this year. AYANEO is evidently aiming to recreate the concept of a personal gamer collection with a high level of customization.
Users can independently select box and cartridge art, layouts, and design styles within each specific console section, while switching between sections using the device triggers. Games are recognized automatically without requiring manual searches for cover art and metadata. The process relies on file contents, so renamed files will not cause issues.

Every game will include detailed information downloaded from a database. Users can even upload 3D models and box files themselves, complete with instant launching and cross-device synchronization if they own multiple Ayaneo devices. To use this feature, players must log in and enter a pairing code on their devices, which will also synchronize game saves.

The software adapts to each handheld device, adjusting not only to screen size but also to button layouts. Emulators are built directly into the launcher from the start. This means players do not need to constantly leave and return to the interface, and gamer settings apply directly to the emulator. As a result, users can save, load, speed up, and even rewind gameplay directly inside AYASpace 2. Additional features include:
- Built-in cheats that can be configured individually for each game;
- Six visual filters, along with Game Boy Advance color correction and frame blending to recreate classic screen aesthetics;
- The ability to reassign controls and adjust turbo mode speed;
- Individual customization of visual effects and controls for each game;
- Automatic saving of the last position to resume playing right where the user left off;
- Support for .gba, .zip, and .7z files with recursive folder scanning;
- Support for both Chinese and English languages for the interface and game titles;
- The ability to create backups and restore game saves.

Ayaneo has launched an official page on its website where users can download AYASpace 2 for the KONKR Pocket Advance, KONKR Pocket Block, and Ayaneo Pocket Micro 2. The system is currently focused on Game Boy Advance titles.
