Since its launch, ARC Raiders from Embark Studios has rapidly grown in popularity. The title surpassed Battlefield 6 in Steam concurrent players, peaking at 463,000, and total simultaneous players across all platforms exceeded 700,000.
“The many ways players are engaging with ARC Raiders have astonished us and far exceeded our expectations. You surprise us, play cleverly, and keep us on edge. We wouldn’t want it any other way,” the studio wrote on X.
“Most importantly, you push us to become better, and we are truly grateful to have you with us on this journey.”
Embark has not released official sales numbers yet, but analysts estimate roughly 2.5 million copies sold in the first week, the majority of which were on Steam. The game currently holds the top position on the platform’s global charts, ahead of Counter-Strike 2 and Battlefield 6.
The shooter is available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. In November, Embark will introduce new content — the Stella Montis map, along with fresh ARC vehicles and weapons.
