A man involved in a domestic dispute skipped his police interview to jump back into a gaming session.
An Arc Raiders fan from Pennsylvania recently walked away from a police investigation to play the extraction shooter by Embark Studios. State troopers arrived at his home following a domestic disturbance call. The conflict reportedly began when a woman accused the man of infidelity and an obsession with the game.
The 43-year-old woman told officers that the 39-year-old man struck her during their argument. When troopers tried to interview the man at the scene, he refused to cooperate and left to continue playing Arc Raiders. Authorities later charged the man with harassment.
The developers of Arc Raiders recently detailed their next voluntary wipe. The fourth expedition introduces new rewards, including a fresh skin and a shift away from skill points as a primary progression incentive.
