NINGNING, the powerhouse vocalist of aespa, has officially added a prestigious new title to her portfolio. This Wednesday, April 29, the luxury powerhouse Gucci announced that the K-pop sensation has been named their latest global brand ambassador.
To celebrate the partnership, Gucci unveiled a series of striking images featuring NINGNING modeling a range of looks, from an elegant black gown to a sharp white pantsuit and a sophisticated cream jacket layered over athleisure. In their announcement, the fashion house highlighted the singer’s unique appeal: “Celebrated for her distinct aesthetic and daring artistic vision, she is poised to offer a refreshing perspective to the House’s evolving global story.”
“I am deeply honored and thrilled to join Gucci, a brand synonymous with over a century of artisanal excellence,” NINGNING shared in an official statement. “I’ve long been captivated by Gucci’s artistry, and it feels surreal to play a role in introducing their visionary designs to a new generation of style enthusiasts.”
With this appointment, NINGNING cements her status as a major player in the luxury fashion sphere. She joins her aespa bandmates in securing high-profile industry partnerships: Karina was tapped by Prada in 2024, Winter serves as a face for Polo Ralph Lauren, and Giselle recently showcased her influence as an ambassador for LOEWE.
The quartet is currently preparing for the release of their highly anticipated second album, LEMONADE, arriving on May 29. The project follows their full-length record Armageddon, which made a significant impact on the Billboard 200. Following their latest single, “Attitude,” the group is set to kick off an extensive world tour that will span from this August through early 2027.
