Despite high production values, the film generated slightly over $113 million, falling significantly short of its hefty $200 million budget. This commercial disappointment stands in contrast to its reception, as the film garnered a respectable 67% on Rotten Tomatoes and an impressive 86% audience score on the platform’s Popcornmeter.
