Zelnick Accused of Fraud, Not Sexual Harassment

The legal battle began last year. A plaintiff identified by the pseudonym John Doe alleges that Zelnick invested $10 million in his business and later took the company away from him.

Guilt must still be proven in court, though the plaintiff includes personal accusations in the filings by calling Zelnick a sexual predator. Court documents contain the following specific allegations:

Zelnick repeatedly invited Doe to Zelnick’s hotel room to shower. Zelnick walked into a private bathroom where Doe was showering and stared at Doe’s penis while Zelnick rubbed lotion on his own body. Zelnick repeatedly disrobed and exposed himself to Doe without invitation or warning. And Zelnick repeatedly sent scores of unsolicited text messages containing half-naked photos of Zelnick.
