Young Thug Being Held in Jail on Felony Gun and Drug Charges: Report

Young Thug (actual identify: Jeffery Lamar Williams) is being held in a Georgia jail on felony drug and gun costs, TMZ experiences. Williams has been in DeKalb County Jail since Tuesday, September 11 when he turned himself into the DeKalb County Sheriff Office, public information considered by Pitchfork verify. According to TMZ, Williams will face a decide as we speak (September 13) to find out if he might be launched on bail. Pitchfork has reached out to Young Thug’s representatives for remark.

Williams was arrested back in September 2017 after being pulled over for having tinted home windows. At the time, he was charged with two counts of firearm possession, in addition to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of Xanax, codeine, and ecstasy. Earlier this month, TMZ reported that Williams was indicted on these costs plus two extra costs: intent to distribute meth and hydrocodone.

Young Thug has been teasing a brand new album referred to as On the Run, which apparently features Elton John, Jaden Smith, and 6LACK. Over the weekend, he claimed it might be released on September 11.
