Continuing the inner actions at Blizzard, Brian Holinka, the lead PvP designer for World of Warcraft has left the crew, to work on one thing else. What is that one thing else? It’s a thriller.
Will no matter Holinka’s engaged on make our listing of the best PC games?
In a put up on the official forums, he described his time on the World of Warcraft crew as “the chance of a lifetime,” stating that it’s been a “dream come true.” Following within the footsteps of different Blizzard staff like David Kim and Dustin Browder, he’s shifting over to a brand new crew inside Blizzard. What mission he’s engaged on, and even what crew he is with is but to be seen.
Holinka promised that the opposite of us engaged on World of Warcraft PvP have some “incredible plans,” so the crew’s nonetheless laborious at work even with out him there. Holinka’s not the preferred man on the World of Warcraft boards, although, so some persons are relatively joyful he is shifting away from his lead function on the sport.
With so many relatively senior members of the crew, it’s laborious to not speculate about what could also be occurring in Blizzard’s headquarters. Perhaps it’s to do with their unannounced first-person game? Or perhaps their expansion to the Diablo team late last year?
This is all hypothesis, thoughts you, we really don’t have any clue what’s occurring. Best of luck to Holinka in his new function, although!
Cheers, Icy Veins.
