Ukrainian Language Coming to Mafia: The Old Country!

During the announcement of Mafia: The Old Country, which took place at the end of August, it was mentioned that more about the prequel would be revealed in December. Therefore, every event related to video games could potentially be one where the next “Mafia” might be showcased. Special attention was given to the PC Gaming Show, as it was where the storyline trailer for Mafia: Definitive Edition was introduced four years ago. However, this time, PC Gamer did not present anything new; yesterday’s show featured a previously seen teaser with different music and a small insert with thanks from the creators. Now we are waiting for The Game Awards next week.

Nevertheless, Ukrainian gamers have already received the most desired news concerning “The Old Country.” On Wednesday, the 4th, Steam updated the information to indicate that the game will indeed include subtitles and text in Ukrainian. This is the first officially localized “Mafia.”
