In a bid to maintain management of their enterprise, Ubisoft are attempting to elect two new unbiased administrators to their board, giving them a majority. If authorised, the additions will take the board as much as 11 administrators, with six of them unbiased.

Ubisoft say these hires aren’t solely a manner of defending their model, but in addition to diversify their workforce, with each of the hires being girls. Out of the 11 administrators, 5 are actually girls.
The two nominees are Corinne Fernandez-Handelsman and Virginie Haas. Fernandez-Handelsman comes from a senior government recruitment background, whereas Haas has nearly three a long time of expertise in new applied sciences and IT companies to Ubisoft.
