Tomorrowland Confirms Historic Thailand Debut for 2026
Following years of mounting anticipation and industry speculation, the visionaries behind Belgium’s legendary electronic dance music festival, Tomorrowland, have officially confirmed a brand-new edition in Thailand for 2026.
This landmark event represents Tomorrowland’s inaugural foray into the Asian market. The expansion adds a new chapter to the festival’s global legacy, which includes previous ventures in the United States (2013–2015), multiple successful installments in Brazil, and the annual Tomorrowland Winter retreat in the French Alps—all stemming from the flagship festival that has defined the dance music scene in Boom, Belgium, for two decades.
Tomorrowland Thailand is scheduled to take place from December 11–13, 2026. The chosen venue is the picturesque 237-acre Wisdom Valley in Pattaya, Khao Mai Kaew. Nestled within the Chonburi Province, the site is renowned for its lush landscapes and natural serenity. In a departure from the traditional Belgian format, the Thailand edition will not feature on-site camping. Instead, organizers will launch hotel and travel packages on February 28, followed by the general ticket release on March 8.
The festival is being organized in close coordination with the Thai government and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). In an official statement, organizers noted that Thailand was selected over several other competitive Asian destinations, a testament to the nation’s burgeoning status as a global leader in music, innovation, and high-end experiential tourism.
“A festival of this scale is poised to deliver a monumental boost to both the local and national economy,” the statement read. “By stimulating the tourism, hospitality, and creative sectors, Tomorrowland Thailand will not only introduce a global audience to the festival’s unique brand of magic but will also cement Thailand’s reputation as a premier destination for world-class cultural entertainment.”
The Tourism Authority of Thailand echoed this sentiment, stating: “Hosting Tomorrowland is a defining moment in our mission to establish Thailand as a top-tier hub for creative experiences. We are eager to welcome the world to experience our country’s unparalleled hospitality, vibrant culture, and natural beauty.”
