The sci-fi thriller Mercy is slated for its digital debut on international streaming platforms on February 17, according to reports from When To Stream.
Helmed by director Timur Bekmambetov (Night Watch), the film features a star-studded cast led by Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Rebecca Ferguson (Dune).
The narrative revolves around a police officer accused of murdering his spouse. In a high-stakes race against the clock, the protagonist is given just 90 minutes to plead his case and prove his innocence before an AI-driven judicial system.
The film struggled to resonate with critics, earning a lackluster 24% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Commercially, it underperformed at the global box office, grossing roughly $41 million against a production budget of $60 million.
