Epic Games has delayed the release of Fortnite’s next major update.
Patch v24.40 was originally expected to be released at 4 AM ET, but the downtime announcement never went live. Epic hasn’t officially revealed why the update was pushed back, but did say they’re now targeting May 17th instead.
We will now be targeting May 17th for the release of v24.40 alongside the newly announced Ranked.
