The Cinematic Orchestra—the British digital duo of Jason Swinscoe and Dominic Smith—have introduced their first new studio album in 12 years: To Believe is the follow-up to 2007’s Ma Fleur. The new LP is out March 15 (by way of Domino/Ninja Tune). To Believe was blended by Tom Elmhirst at New York’s Electric Lady Studios. It contains contributions from Moses Sumney, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, Tawiah, and others.
