Amazon MGM has officially set a release window for the follow-up to the hit action thriller The Beekeeper. The sequel, featuring Jason Statham, is scheduled to storm U.S. theaters on January 15, 2027.
Statham will reprise his leading role, joined by a returning cast that includes Jeremy Irons and Pom Klementieff. After the original film’s impressive 2024 run, which yielded $162 million at the global box office, the directorial reins have been handed over to Timo Tjahjanto (Nobody 2).
The debut installment centered on a retired operative who embarks on a relentless quest for vengeance after his neighbor is targeted by scammers. That film was helmed by director David Ayer (Suicide Squad).
