Teyana Taylor Shows Gifts from Taylor Swift for ‘Life of a Showgirl’: “Thank You, Tay Tay!”

On October 14, 2025, Teyana Taylor shared a behind-the-scenes moment with fans after receiving a package from Taylor Swift. The Instagram Story snapshot revealed a neatly wrapped box containing The Life of a Showgirl merchandise, including what appears to be a vinyl and a sweatshirt.

Alongside the merchandise, Swift tucked in a personal note. The message conveyed admiration and gratitude for Taylor’s support and encouraged her to enjoy the record and the gifts — it was signed playfully, “a showgirl named Taylor.”

Taylor added a brief thank-you on her Story, writing, “Thank you Tay Tay!!” and sharing her delight at the surprise.

The exchange adds a new chapter to their public rapport. Last year, Kayla Nicole — known for her past relationship with NFL player Travis Kelce — recounted dressing up as an ex’s new partner for Halloween, a detail fans connected to Taylor. That incident prompted a playful Instagram response from Taylor set to Swift’s “Shake It Off,” in which she quipped, “I know 2025 gone hate to see a Taylor coming!!”

More recently, Swift praised Taylor’s performance in the film One Battle After Another during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, joking about the movie’s awards prospects and praising Taylor’s work alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.
