While supporting Travis Kelce during the high-stakes Christmas Day matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos, Taylor Swift took a moment to ensure one stadium employee’s holiday was exceptionally bright.

Robyn Gentry, a staff member at Arrowhead Stadium, took to social media to recount her heartwarming encounter with the pop icon. According to Gentry, Swift personally approached her to express gratitude for those working during the holiday. “She was walking around wishing everyone a Merry Christmas,” Gentry shared in a Facebook post. “She came right up to me, thanked me for being there on Christmas, and handed me a gift, saying, ‘Please take this.'”

The gesture left the employee stunned. “I was completely frozen,” Gentry continued. “I managed to wish her a Merry Christmas back. Both she and Travis were beaming, repeatedly thanking the staff for working the holiday. When I finally looked at what she handed me, it was $600—the equivalent of my entire two-week paycheck.”

The timing of the altruistic act was particularly poignant for Gentry, who noted she had recently spent a similar amount on Christmas gifts for eight children. Overwhelmed by the generosity, Gentry revealed she was moved to tears and has since framed one of the $100 bills as a permanent memento of the encounter. “Taylor and Travis are truly incredible, kind-hearted people,” she added.

Swift was joined in the stands by her parents to cheer on Kelce during what served as the Chiefs’ final home game of the regular season. The appearance comes amid swirling speculation regarding Kelce’s future in the NFL, with fans wondering if the star tight end might be considering retirement after the current campaign.

Addressing the rumors on Christmas Day, Kelce remained non-committal, stating that any decision regarding his career would be made alongside his family and the Chiefs organization when the time is right. He admitted to ESPN that he was navigating “a whole lot of emotions” during the holiday game.

Since the couple began dating, Swift has made it a tradition to spend the holidays at the gridiron. Last year, she famously donned an “87” Santa hat to watch the Chiefs face the Raiders, and she previously showed her festive spirit in a red jacket during a matchup against the Texans.

This stadium tip is just one facet of Swift’s recent philanthropic wave. This holiday season, the 14-time Grammy winner also made significant contributions to Feeding America and the American Heart Association, further cementing her reputation for quiet, impactful generosity.
