Supergiant Games Discusses Prospects for Hades 3
Hades 2 has only just left early access.
In an interview with content creator Haelian, Supergiant Games director Amir Rao revealed that the team currently has no plans for a third entry in the series—at least for now.
Nothing is set in stone. We’re not hiding any concepts about the series’ future. We don’t start thinking about the next game while we’re still focused on the current one.
Rao stressed that player responses will be a major factor in shaping the studio’s next moves.
What matters is how players respond to the final version and how that reaction shapes us.
After wrapping up Hades 2, the team intends to pause, study the feedback, and decide which direction to pursue next.
