Renowned action cinema veteran Steven Seagal has decided to part ways with his real estate holdings in the Moscow suburbs. This was confirmed by NF Group, the agency currently managing the sale of the actor’s luxury residence. The property boasts a total living area of 500 square meters and is situated on an impressive plot that includes a traditional bathhouse, a dedicated barbecue gazebo, and a private park.
The sophisticated two-story mansion features three spacious bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a private study, and an integrated garage. For added luxury, the home also includes a personal sauna. While the current asking price has not been publicly disclosed, the motives behind the decision to sell remain unknown.
As a reminder, Steven Seagal was officially granted Russian citizenship in November 2016.
