Splatoon Raiders: Single-Player Adventure Gets New Trailer and July Release Date

Following last summer’s initial announcement of Splatoon Raiders—a bold, single-player departure from the series’ traditional team-based combat—Nintendo has finally broken its silence. A fresh trailer has surfaced, confirming that this anticipated spin-off is set to launch on July 23.

Exclusively for the Switch 2, this adventure casts players as a customizable Inkling mechanic. Alongside Deep Cut—the beloved trio of performers from Splatoon 3—you will journey to the mysterious Spirhalite Islands. The narrative pits you against aggressive Salmonid hordes, requiring you to utilize a mix of classic ink weaponry and innovative new tools, such as paint-based turrets and axes. The footage also highlights an expansive open world brimming with hidden treasures and discovery.

Furthermore, the presentation introduced a vibrant set of Amiibo figures featuring Shiver, Big Man, and Frye. These collectibles will hit store shelves on the same day the game launches.
