On Monday night, October 20, 2025, Snoop Dogg pressed his first successful “steal” of the Battle rounds on The Voice, stepping in after coach Niall Horan opted to advance Kirbi following an emotionally charged duet of Lauren Daigle’s “You Say.” Watch the performance on YouTube.

Matched against Carolina Rodriguez in Team Niall’s final Battle, Kirbi and Carolina offered a fragile, soaring rendition of Daigle’s Grammy-winning ballad that showcased both intimacy and vocal control.

Horan applauded the pair for the depth of their performance, noting that Kirbi’s textured upper register gave the song a distinct edge and that Carolina’s low, grounded opening was striking. He praised their chemistry and called the battle “everything we want in this stage.”

Although Horan ultimately advanced Kirbi—saying she delivered the emotional lift he was seeking—Snoop hit his button before Carolina could leave the stage, using his first steal of the season to add her to his roster.

“What sold me was her journey — the progress you can hear from the Blinds to now,” Snoop said, praising Carolina’s development and saying she’s clearly ready for the next round.

Elsewhere in the episode, Max Chambers and Aarik Duncan teamed up for a rendition of “Just the Two of Us,” earning praise for their rapport. Snoop applauded their complementary interplay and suggested Max could be a contender to win the season. Horan echoed that sentiment, commending Aarik’s growth and calling Max a natural performer.

Other Battle pairings on the card included Aiden Ross and Ava Nat performing Niall’s duet “What a Time”; Leyton Robinson and Manny Costello tackling Chris Stapleton’s “Think I’m in Love With You”; Vinya Chhabra and Conrad Khalil taking on “It Takes Two”; and Team Snoop’s Emmanuel Rey and Mindy Miller singing “Angel From Montgomery.”

As the Battles draw to a close, each coach has one remaining pairing to navigate, and Michael Bublé still holds one steal to deploy.
